100% Gluten‑Free, Small‑Batch Bagels Our gluten‑free bagels are made from scratch using our house gluten‑free bread flour blend for a soft, chewy interior and a perfectly golden crust. Each bagel is hand‑shaped, boiled, and baked fresh — giving you the classic bagel texture that’s almost impossible to find in gluten‑free baking. Available in Plain, Everything, and Cheddar.

To ensure the freshest bagels possible, all orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will automatically move to a 48-hour turnaround due to our bagel-making process. We are closed on Sundays & Mondays orders placed on Sundays, Monday or Tuesday will be available for pick up Wednesday
